Trisomy 18 syndrome

상염색체 E군에서 염색체 18번이 하나 더 있는 염색체 이상 질환이다. 3000~7000 출생아 중 하나꼴로 나타난다.

집게 손가락으로 셋째 다섯째 손가락 위를 꼭 눌러잡고, 자궁내 성장 지연, 태아 운동지연, 서혜부 탈장, 제대 탈장, 심장기형, 돌출 후두부, 저위치 이개, 작은 턱, 록킹체어 바닥 발, 무호흡증, 성장지연, 구순구개파열, 좁은 코, 발달되지 않은 비익 소두증, 작은 유두.

미약한 태동, 미약한 울음, 미숙아 또는 과숙아, 양수과다, 작은 태반, 한개 제동맥, 성장결여, 골격 근육 발육부전, 피하조직 및 피하지방조직 발육부전, 정신박약, 과도 긴장, 좁은 전 두동, 기형적인 이륜, 짧은 안 검열, 작은 입, 좁은 구개, 손톱 발육 부전, 작은 엄지발가락, 짧은 흉골, 작은 골반, 잠복고환, 심실중격 결손, 동맥관 개존증, 그외 더 많은 기형이 생길 수 있다.

병력, 검진, FISH 염색체 핵형검사로 진단한다.

대증 치료

여러 기형으로 인해 신생아 기에 사망하는 것이 보통이다.

It is a chromosomal abnormality in which an extra chromosome 18 is present in group E. It occurs in one in 3,000 to 7,000 births.

Press down on the third and fifth fingers with your index finger, intrauterine growth retardation, fetal movement retardation, inguinal hernia, umbilical hernia, cardiac malformation, protruding occipital region, low position auricle, small jaw, locking chair bottom foot, apnea, growth retardation, Cleft palate, narrow nose, underdeveloped nasopharyngeal microcephaly, small nipples,

Weak fetal movement, weak crying, prematurity or prematurity, amniotic fluid, small placenta, single umbilical artery, lack of growth, skeletal muscle hypoplasia, subcutaneous tissue and subcutaneous tissue hypoplasia, mental weakness, hypertonia, narrow frontal sinus, malformation Annular ring, short eye exam, small mouth, narrow palate, nail dysplasia, small big toe, short sternum, small pelvis, latent testis, ventricular septal defect, patency of the arteriovenous duct, and many more malformations may occur.

Diagnosis is made by medical history, examination, and FISH chromosome karyotyping.

symptomatic treatment

It is common to die in the neonatal period due to various malformations.
