I. 1차성 두통

1. 편두통

3) 편두통의 주기성 전구 증후군

(1) 주기성 구토

(2) 복부 편두통

II. 2차성 두통

1. 두부 및, 또는 목의 외상으로 인한 두통

1) 급성 외상 후 두통

2) 만성 외상 후 두통

2. 두개골 또는 경부의 혈관장애로 생기는 두통

3. 두개골 내 비혈관성 이상으로 생기는 두통

1) 특발성 두개강 내 고압으로 인한 두통

2) 뇌수액 저압으로 인한 두통

3) 두개강 내 종양으로 인한 두통

4. 물질이나 약물로 인한 두통

1) 알코올 유발성 두통

2) 음식물 첨가물이나 음식물 성분으로 유발되는 두통

3) Ergotamine 과량으로 생기는 두통

4) Triptan 과량으로 생기는 두통

5) Opioid 과량으로 인한 두통

6) 카페인 섭취 중지로 인한 두통

7) 습관성약물 사용이나 그 약물사용 중지로 인한 두통

5. 감염병으로 생기는 두통

1) 두개골 내 감염병으로 생기는 두통

2) 전신성 감염병으로 생기는 두통

6. 항상성 장애로 생기는 두통

1)수면 무호흡증으로 인한 두통

2) 동맥 고혈압으로 인한 두통

3) 갑상선 저하증으로 인한 두통

7. 두개골, 목, 눈, 귀, 코, 부비동, 이, 입, 얼굴, 두개골 구조의 장애로

생기는 두통

8. 정신적 문제로 생기는 두통

III. 두개골 신경통과 그 외 원인으로 생기는 두통

1. 두개골 신경통과 중앙 안면 통증

2. 그 외 두통, 두개골 신경통, 중앙 안면통증, 또는 1차성 안면통증

I. Primary headache

1. Migraine

1) Migraine with aura (aura)

2) Migraine without aura (aura)

(1) Familial unilateral migraine

(2) sporadic unilateral migraine

(3) basal migraine

3) Periodic Prodromal Syndrome of Migraine

(1) periodic vomiting

(2) Abdominal migraine

(3) Pediatric paroxysmal dizziness

(4) Migraine persistence

2. Tension Headache

3. Cluster headache and trigeminal autonomic cephalosia

4. Other primary headaches II. secondary headache

1. Headache and/or neck trauma

1) Headache after acute trauma

2) Chronic post-traumatic headache

2. Headache caused by vascular disorders in the skull or neck

3. Headache caused by non-vascular abnormalities in the skull

1) Headache due to idiopathic intracranial high pressure

2) Headache due to hypotension of cerebrospinal fluid

3) Headache due to intracranial tumor

4. Headaches caused by substances or drugs

1) Alcohol-induced headache

2) Headache caused by food additives or food ingredients

3) Headache caused by ergotamine overdose

4) Headache caused by Triptan overdose 5) Headaches due to opioid overdose

6) Headache due to cessation of caffeine intake

7) Headache caused by habitual drug use or discontinuation of drug use

5. Headache caused by infectious diseases

1) Headache caused by an infectious disease within the skull

2) Headache caused by systemic infectious disease

6. Headache caused by homeostasis

1) Headache due to sleep apnea

2) Headache due to arterial hypertension 3) Headache due to hypothyroidism

7. Disorders of skull, neck, eyes, ears, nose, sinuses, teeth, mouth, face, and skull structures headache

8. Headaches Caused by Mental Problems III. Headaches from cranial neuralgia and other causes

1. Cranial neuralgia and central facial pain

2. Other headaches, cranial neuralgia, central facial pain, or primary facial pain
