영유아가 부모와 같은 침대에서 자도 되나?, 신생아의 방이나 영아의 방에 아기 모니터를 설치해도 되나?, Can infants and toddlers sleep in the same bed as their parents? Can a baby monitor be installed in the newborn’s room or in the infant’s room?

Can infants and toddlers sleep in the same bed with their parents?

Can infants and toddlers sleep in the same bed as their parents? Can a baby monitor be installed in the newborn’s room or in the infant’s room?

• When parents sleep in their parents’ bedroom and a newborn baby or infant sleeps separately in the baby’s bedroom, parents can monitor the sleeping status of their newborn child or infant, hear the baby’s cry, and moan when sick A baby monitor that can hear sounds can be installed in a newborn child’s bedroom or an infant child’s bedroom (see photo).

• There is a method of sleeping with a child, in which mother and father sleep together with a newborn or infant in their own bedroom, and there is a method of sleeping with a baby in which the newborn or infant sleeps alone in their bedroom.

• Some parents ask which sleep method is better for their child’s mental and emotional health.

• Some parents ask when is the best time to start sleep training for a newborn or toddler to sleep alone in his or her bedroom.

• When sleeping with a newborn or infant in Mom and Dad’s bedroom, can the newborn or infant be put to sleep in Mom and Dad’s bed, or when a newborn or infant sleeps with Mom and Dad in Mom and Dad’s bedroom, the baby is placed on either side of Mom or Dad’s bedroom? Some parents ask which sleep method is better: sleeping in a cot placed on

• You can definitely answer these questions.

• It cannot be said that one method is better or worse due to problems such as country of residence, customs, economy, and environment.

• However, it is the general opinion of the medical community that it is good for their well-being and health to give children sleep training as follows.

• From birth, when mom and dad and baby are in the same bedroom, when mom and dad sleep in mom and dad’s bed and the baby sleeps in his bed, it is mental health to put the baby to sleep alone in the baby’s bedroom from at least 4 months of age. is said to be better for

• So the Department of Micropedia recommends that parents sleep training so that their babies sleep in their own bedroom until at least 4 months of age.

• From the first day after birth, there is also a way to train the baby to sleep separately in the baby creeper placed in the baby’s bedroom.

• Some parents feel uncomfortable when their baby sleeps alone in the bedroom, so they put the baby’s Crib in the bedroom where mom and dad sleep, and sleep training by putting the baby to sleep in the same bedroom.

• Just like moms and dads want to sleep quietly and comfortably in a quiet environment, adjust the environment so that they sleep on their creeps or on their crib in a quiet baby’s bedroom so that you can’t hear noises made by mom and dad or other family members in the house. Giving is great for your baby’s sleep health.

• For one reason or another, it is recommended that mom, dad, and baby sleep in separate bedrooms.

• In this case, parents can install a baby sleep monitor in the baby’s bedroom to monitor the baby’s sleeping status, and monitor the baby’s cries, the baby’s groans when he is sick, and the baby’s physical activity.
