안녕하세요.

7개월 여자아이인데요 자고 일어나면은 턱에서 약 5초정도 경련(떠는 정도)이 납니다. 하루에 서너번 씩 자는데 자고 일어날 때마다 합니다.

육안으로도 쉽게 확인이 될 정도로 심합니다. 참고로 아이는 잘 때는 아예 처음부터 엎드려서 잡니다. 체중은 8.5kg 잘 먹고 잘 잡니다. 기관지가 좋지 않아서 모세기관지염에 걸려 약 1개월 정도 치료한 적도 있습니다.

아무 병이 없이 많이 긴장된 아이들의 턱이나 팔다리가 가끔 경하게 떨릴 수 있습니다.
베타 2 아고니스트(BETA-2 AGONISTS)제 알부테롤제로 천식을 치료받는 동안 손이나 턱 등이 야간 떨릴 수 있습니다.
드물게는 틱증이나, 간질, 저혈당증, 저칼슘혈증로 인한 테타니, 다른 원인으로 인해서 턱이 떨릴 수 있습니다.
세기관지염을 앓은 아이들은 천식에 걸릴 가능성이 더 많고 아토피성 체질인 영유아들은 세기관지염에 걸릴 확률이 많습니다. 참고로 말씀드립니다.
진전 턱 증후군(Trembling chin syndrome)이라는 병명이 있는데 이 병은 턱이 떨리고 안구진전을 동반하는 유전병입니다.

• In children who are very tense without any illness, their jaws or limbs may occasionally tremble slightly. • Beta-2 agonists (BETA-2 AGONISTS) During asthma treatment with albuterol, your hands and jaw may tremble at night.

• Rarely, jaw tremors may be due to tics, epilepsy, hypoglycemia, tetanus due to hypocalcemia, or other causes.

• Children with bronchiolitis are more likely to develop asthma, and infants and toddlers with atopic constitution are more likely to develop bronchiolitis. I’ll give you a reference. • Trembling chin syndrome is a genetic disease that is accompanied by tremor of the jaw and ocular tremor.
