프라더 윌리 증후군, Prader-Willi Syndrome

원인

프라더 윌리 증후군의 유병률은 15,000명 출생에 1명 꼴이다.프라더 윌리 증후군의 95%는

부계 염색체 15의 일부(15q11-q13) 결여 또는 전부 결여로 생길 수 있다.

증상 징후

근육 긴장 저하 잘 먹지 않고 영아 성장결여, 작은 키, 정신박약, 비만증, 작은 손발, 작은 외

생식기, 특이한 얼굴, 긴 얼굴, 좁은 이마, 둔위 분만체위, 저 체온, 작은 턱, 사시, 과도수면,

과도호흡, 신생아기 근 긴장저하, 인지 장애, 뇌전증 치료

진단

병력 진찰소견 등을 종합해서 염색체 핵형검사로 진단한다.

치료

여러 특수과 전문의들이 상호 협조해서 치료한다.

성장호르몬 치료에 효과가 있다.

안과에서 사시 등 치료를 받고 성장 평가를 받고, 음식물 섭취를 잘 하는지 관리한다.

그 외, 증상 징후에 따라서 치료한다.

Prader-Willi Syndrome

Cause

The prevalence of Prader-Willi Syndrome is 1 in 15,000 births. 95% of Prader-Willi Syndrome It can result from a lack of part or all of the paternal chromosome 15 (15q11-q13).

Symptoms Signs

Decreased muscle tension Poor growth of infants, short stature, mental weakness, obesity, small limbs, small etc.

Genitalia, unusual face, long face, narrow forehead, gluteal delivery position, low body temperature, small chin, strabismus, hypersomnia, Hyperventilation, neonatal dystonia, cognitive impairment, epilepsy treatment

Diagnosis

The diagnosis is made by chromosomal karyotyping based on the history and examination findings.

Treatments

Several specialties and specialists work together to treat each other. It is effective in the treatment of growth hormone.

Receive treatment such as strabismus from an ophthalmologist, receive a growth evaluation, and manage whether you are eating well. Other than that, it is treated according to the symptoms and signs.
