뇌전증의 경련 발작의 증상징후, 1차 응급 처치, 해서는 안 되는 응급 처치, 경련 발작에서 깬 후 응급 처치

■ 경련 발작의 증상․징후

▪ 의식을 잃는다.

▪ 넘어진다.

▪ 몸이 빳빳이 단단해지고 이완된다.

▪ 근육이 움찔움찔한다.

▪ 호흡곤란이 생길 수 있다.

▪ 피부가 창백해질 수 있다.

▪ 침을 흘릴 수 있다.

▪ 오줌이나 똥을 쌀 수 있다.

■ 1차 응급 처치

▪ 머리 밑에 편평하고 부드러운 쿠숀 등을 놓는다.

▪ 안경을 썼으면 벗긴다.

▪ 목을 조이거나 몸을 조이는 것은 느슨히 풀어준다

▪ 옆으로 눕혀 숨쉬기가 좋게 한다.

▪ 경련 발작이 시작해서 끝나는 시간을 기록한다.

▪ 팔목걸이나 목걸이에 있는 의료정보 표식을 체크한다.

▪ 경련 발작이 5분 이상 지속하거나 어떻게 처치할 줄을 모르면 의사, 병원 응급 의료실, 응급 의료 구급대에 전화해 그들의 지시에 따른다.

■ 해서는 안 되는 처치

▪ 입안에 아무것도 넣어서는 안 된다.

▪ 당황해서는 안 된다.

▪ 경련 발작하는 동안 경구로 약물을 투여해서는 안 된다.

▪ 몸을 움직이지 못하게 꼭 붙들거나 무엇으로 묶어 매서는 안 된다.

▪ 먹을 음식물이나 마실 음식물을 경련 발작이 끝나고 의식이 회복될 때까지 주어서는 안 된다.

■ 경련 발작에서 깬 후 응급 처치

▪ 안심시킨다.

▪ 가능한 한 편히 쉬게 한다.

▪ 의식이 완전히 회복되고 소재식이 있을 때까지 옆에서 지킨다.

▪ 필요에 따라 보호자, 의사, 응급 의료실에 알린다.

■ Symptoms and signs of convulsive seizures

▪ lose consciousness ▪ Falls. ▪ The body becomes stiff and relaxed. ▪ Muscles twitch. ▪ Shortness of breath may occur. ▪ Your skin may turn pale. ▪ May drool. ▪ May urinate or poop.

■ first emergency treatment 

▪ Place a flat, soft cushion under your head. ▪ If you have glasses, take them off. ▪ Loosen neck or body tightness ▪ Lay on your side for better breathing. ▪ Record the time the convulsive seizure begins and ends. ▪ Check the medical information label on the cuff or necklace. ▪ If your convulsive seizure lasts longer than 5 minutes or you do not know how to treat it, call your doctor, hospital emergency department, or paramedic and follow their instructions.

■ treatment not to do 

▪ Do not put anything in your mouth. ▪ Don’t panic. ▪ Drugs should not be administered orally during convulsive seizures. ▪ Do not hold your body tight or tie it with anything. ▪ Food to eat or drink should not be given until the seizure is over and consciousness is restored.

■ First aid after waking up from a convulsive seizure

▪reassure ▪ Rest as comfortably as possible. ▪ Stay by your side until fully conscious and conscious. ▪ Notify caregivers, doctors and emergency departments as needed.
